Leadership

Pastor Jerad has been with Community Faith since August of 2024.  He became the pastor of Community Faith on September 1, 2024.  He is determined to seek the Lord in everything that he does.  His desire is that God is glorified in every aspect of his life and the church.  You will often hear Pastor say, "It's not about me, It's about Him." He enjoys his study time with the Lord and bringing an anointed message to the congregation each week.  Pastor's desire is to be in the center of God's will and to lead a congregation and community into more of what God has for them.

Pastor Jerad married his wife, Lasche, in April of 2003.  They have two daughters, Olivia and Elliauna.  Pastor and his wife work full-time and operate a cattle farm.  Pastor enjoys being outside, working with equipment, and farming.  He uses a lot of real-life experiences to bring the message of the Lord across.  Pastor and his family have really enjoyed being a part of Community Faith Chapel and are so excited about what God is doing.

Lasche is Pastor Jerad's wife.  She strives to change the atmosphere for each service into a time of praise and worship to our Lord.  She loves contemporary music, but also has a special place in her heart for those traditional hymns.  Lasche loves the presence of God and prays that each time she leads worship that those in the congregation are able to experience a genuine move of God.

Lasche was united with Jerad in April of 2003 and they have two daughters.  She enjoys working outside, but also loves taking time to decorate the church.  She is so proud that her daughters join her in worshipping the Lord.  She has fallen in love with the people of Community Faith Chapel, and is so thankful that God brought her family to Cassville for His work.

Michael and Monzell Hagins brings years of experience of teaching and leading youth, especially in our community.  The Hagins have been a part of Community Faith Chapel for several years.  They are dedicated to seeing our young people grow and develop their faith.   The Hagins have a son and two daughters.  They also are grandparents to a precious little boy.  Michael and Monzell have a wonderful way of connecting with the young people.  They are such a joy and blessing to have as part of our leadership team.  

Brenda has been Community Faith Chapel's secretary for numerous years.  We are so blessed to have Brenda in this role for the church.  Brenda takes her job very serious and her hard work can be seen in everything that she does.  Brenda has a huge plate of duties that she manages to complete very well.  She is full of knowledge and wisdom.  Community Faith would not be who they are without her.  God has certainly blessed Community Faith Chapel with Brenda.

These devoted men make up the Community Faith Chapel board.  Combined they bring numerous years of knowledge to our body of believers.  They are a wonderful group of men who ensure that Community Faith has everything in order to fulfill the mission that is ahead of us.  They take all of the concerns and decisions of the church to the Lord for guidance and direction.  We are so thankful to have such a firm foundation in our church.
